This sauce was inspired by a trip to our friends in Nerja, Spain, It was on this visit the name Screaming Chimp was born. It’s great as a salad dressing, in stir frys, with Salmon or prawns, chicken wraps and vegetarian dishes. Great mixed into porridge, or ice-cream. Also, lovely in soups, sauces, gravies.
