Fermented Chilli Sauce
Tamara….is a super hot fermented Chilli sauce with Tamarind in, hence the name Tamara.
This sauce is a 42% chilli sauce and has Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, Jigsaw and Bhut Jolokia chillies in, so it will be VERY HOT for a non chilli head.
This sauce has a hot, sweet, salty twangy taste and was accomplished by fermenting a variety of chillies in a 3% salt brine for eight weeks until the chillies were just perfect for this sauce.
It is great with every kind of dish you can think of, from a simple fish finger sandwich or pizza, to Paella and steaks. From stir fry’s to omelette’s and anything in between. Can also be used as a marinade for hot chicken wings, Pork chops and added to soups sauces and gravies.

Shake well before opening. Once open, store in the fridge and use within 1 month.
