The Twanger is exactly that….a fermented Chilli sauce, so has a sweet, salty twangy taste. We fermented a variety of chillies in a secret brine for seven weeks until the ferment was just perfect for this sauce. There’s no vinegar in this sauce, so the salt, lemon and orange juices are the twang makers here.
This sauce has Carolina Reapers, Yellow Primo, Katie Habanero, Armageddon and Orange Habanero chillies in and is great with every kind of dish you can think of, from a simple fish finger sandwich or pizza, to Paella and steaks. From stir frys to omelette’s and anything in between.

Shake well before opening. Once open, store in the fridge and use within 1 month.
