Chimpionnaise
After many of our Chimpions asked us to make a Chilli Mayonnaise, we mixed Vic's Ol' Smokey, Chimpotle and our Chimpotle Powdaaahhh together to make this spiced mayonnaise we named Chimpionnaise. After all... if it wasn't for our Chimpions, this Mayo May not exist ha ha.
Great with burgers, chicken wraps, potato salad, pasta bakes, steaks or you could even just add ketchup to make a chilli sauce for a spicy prawn cocktail sauce, or can simply be used as a dip.
INGREDIENTS
Mayonnaise, (Rapeseed oil (78%) Water, Free Range Pasteurised EGG and EGG yolk (8.9%), Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Lemon Juice, Antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA), Flavouring, Paprika Extract. Chimpotle Powd-aaahhh, (Chipotle powder, Smoked paprika, Tomato powder, Garam Masala, Ground Caraway, Habanero Chilli Powder, Himalayan pink salt, orange powder, lemon powder). Chimpotle Sauce (Tomatoes, Demerara Sugar, White Onion, Maple Syrup, White Wine Vinegar, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Chipotle, Smoked Paprika, Chillies (5%) (Habanero, Ghost, Scorpion) Garam Masala, Caraway. Vic’s ol’ Smokey Sauce (Tomatoes (citric acid), Demerara sugar, Onion, Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Smoked Paprika, Chillies (0.71%), Garam Masala, Caraway, Garlic).
